Bongbong's Special Ube Piaya is one among other Visayas-made piaya I've tried in the market . This one has the right sweetness and very flavorful ube, plus it's made with extra thinness. Its made from flour, mascuvado sugar, lard, purple yam, butter & sesame seeds. Best serve with coffee latte. :)
