This is a cold-pressed juice using a masticating or slow juicer. Best for detoxing, cleansing or if you simply want to have a puree juice. The best part of this juice are the enzyme from fresh fruits and vegetable.
Some people choose to have "juicing" as meal replacement. Check with your health adviser or doctor before planning to have a juice therapy or remedy.

Lemon (peeled) - 1/2 fruits
Celery - 3 stalk, large
Ginger root - 1 thumb
Spinach - 2 handful
Juicing:
Masticate using a slow juicer to preserve fruit and vegetable enzymes. Avoid using a centrifugal juicer or blender, it takes away the nutrients of the fruit/vegetable due to heat produced from these machines.
The ingredients above will yield 32 oz all-natural juice. Does not contain sugar and preservatives. Based on our observation the juice has a shelf-life of 3 days (refrigerated). Must be stored in a mason jar or sealed glass container to keep away from oxidation.
